Do you offer 24 hour technical support?
Yes. Our ticket system, which is the default support channel, is available 24 / 7 / 365. However, keep in mind that we have less staff available after hours. Depending on several factors, the normal response time is anywhere from a couple of minutes to a few hours. If you have a especially difficult problem we do offer other support avenues such as phone support at no additional cost.
