Do you charge setup fees?
We do not charge any setup fees for hosting accounts. Some of our additional services do incur setup fees.
Is it possible to buy hosting without a domain name?
Yes. You can point any domains that you want to host with us, independently of the domain registrar of your choice.
Do you offer a free trial?
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days we will refund your payment. Note however that there are no refunds for additional per-request services such as custom installations, or domain name purchases.
Is there any type of website that you will not host?
It is against our Terms Of Service to host any websites that break the law in any way. We pay special attention to copyright and trademark infringements, sales of counterfeit or dubious merchandise, and impropriety related to or directly involving minors.
In addition we have a zero tolerance spam policy. We will refuse to host sites that use our resources to generate spam of any sort, or utilize spam as a means for promotion.
Is email included with my hosting package?
Yes. CPanel will allow you to add and manage unlimited email accounts. You also have free auto responders, spam assassin, mail forwards, email aliases and catch alls.
Do you maintain backups of my data?
Yes. We have an advanced backup system that works very well. However, note that you are solely responsible for keeping appropriate backups of your files and data stored on our servers.
Do you offer pre-configured scripts and applications?
Of course! Our cPanel features the celebrated Fantastico De Luxe installer, wich offers easy installations for dozens of the most popular scripts.
How secure is the server and my data?
Being in a state-of-the-art datacenter means that our servers are protected by the highest level of technology and monitored 24/7 by administrators, in addition to the dedicated technicians that ensure maximum uptime and reliability. Your data is most likely safer with us than anywhere else in the world.
